    How to Delete an Email Account

    Deleting an email account will permanently remove all emails under that account. If the user is no longer with your company, we recommend suspending the account instead to retain the email data. 

    🔏 How to Suspend an Email Account


    1. Log in to cPanel.

    2. Navigate to 'Email Accounts'.

    3. Click the 'Manage' option on the selected account.


    4. Scroll down and click 'Delete Email Account'.
