Everything is delivered and supported from Malaysia, so a single provider covers your domain, website, servers and business applications.
Is Onnet Solutions a Malaysian company?
Yes. Onnet Solutions is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, and has served Malaysian businesses for over two decades. Support is handled by a local team in Malaysian time zones rather than an offshore helpdesk, and all services are billed in Ringgit with local payment options.
Do I have to move everything to Onnet at once?
No. Most customers start with one piece — a domain, a website, or a single cloud server — and add services as they grow. Domains, hosting and cloud can stay with different providers, and our team will tell you honestly which parts are worth migrating first.
Can I host my website and my business system with one provider?
Yes. Onnet runs web, email and Odoo hosting, so your site, your mailboxes and your business system can sit with one provider under one support contact and one invoice, instead of being split across three vendors when something breaks.
How do I get a quote?
Send your requirements through the contact form at https://onnet.asia/contactus. Tell us the domain, the number of sites or users, and roughly how much storage and traffic you expect; we will come back with a sized recommendation and a written quote.
Do you provide support after I sign up?
Yes. Support covers setup, migration, DNS, SSL and day-to-day hosting issues. It runs through the customer portal only: log in and submit a ticket, and the team replies there, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Malaysia time. After-hours cover is available to VIP customers only; other tickets raised outside those hours are answered on the next working morning.
